Survey Anonymity Policy

Oddwork survey anonymity

The survey you are about to take is an anonymous survey, and we want to assure you that your response to this survey is completely anonymous. Responses to anonymous surveys cannot be traced back to the respondent. No personally identifiable information is captured unless you voluntarily offer personal or contact information in any of the comment fields. Additionally, your responses are combined with those of many others and summarized in a report to further protect your anonymity.

Data collection and participation

Oddwork use SurveyMonkey to administer surveys. SurveyMonkey is complying with applicable privacy regulations like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For anonymous surveys, we utilize anonymous collector links and the “Anonymous Responses” option, which does not collect any names, e-mail addresses, personal data and prevents any IP tracking.

Survey links are sent out to respondents without Oddwork having any information about the individuals who participate. Answering the survey is always voluntary, and respondents are free to discontinue participation at any time. Please note that once the survey has been submitted, responses gathered with anonymous collector links cannot be erased upon request since individual responses subsequently cannot be identified.

Reporting anonymity

We are careful to protect your anonymity when reporting the analysis of the survey. Oddwork will exclusively have access to the complete results of the survey, and no employer or third parties will have access to individual answers. To ensure anonymity, we use the following reporting limits:

• Groups or categories with less than ten (10) respondents will not be reported separately.
• Free text answers are generally presented only at an overall level. If they are included in the analysis of different groups, at least 20 answers are required. Individual free text answers can occasionally be used separately to illustrate a widespread opinion in these larger groups.
• Analysis of results for demographic groups is done only at overall levels.
