Employer Branding Summit 3

GOTHENBURG, 24 AUGUST 2021

In spring 2020, the employer branding and recruitment company Oddwork launched Employer Branding Summit as a live-streamed event. The idea was to bring together industry experts and share practical knowledge about how to succeed with employer branding in today’s competitive candidate market. The event has become popular, with more than 800 participants at the latest edition in December.

– This time we focus on how employer branding contributes to successful company cultures and helps companies get through crises while attracting and retaining talent. We already have around 1,000 people registered, and we estimate the number of participants will double compared with last time, says Charles Sinclair, Head of Employer Branding at Oddwork and host of the event.

Previous editions have featured speakers such as leadership expert Svante Randlert, culture guru Linus Jonkman, IKEA, AstraZeneca, Blocket and Teamtailor. This time Oddwork hosts the following speakers and themes:

  • The workplace of tomorrow | Microsoft. Therése Treutiger, Director Global Partner Solutions & Innovation, discusses the workplace of tomorrow, how we are inevitably changing the way we work, and how this affects leadership.
  • Pinpointing your target audience | The Swedish Armed Forces. Johan Landström, Head of Marketing, and Christian Edman Freudenthal, Senior HR Strategist, have experienced the power of knowing their target audience inside out. In recent years, the Swedish Armed Forces has carried out thorough target audience work and created much appreciated, talked-about and debated campaigns.
  • Core values in times of change | Kry / Livi. Anna Fredrixon, Chief Human Resources Officer, explains how a fast-growing tech company in healthcare keeps its values alive and moving with change, instead of letting them be forgotten at every transformation in the market or the company.
