Recruitment Awards was founded in 2020 with the ambition of highlighting the leading players in the recruitment and staffing industry. This year the competition was held for the fourth year in a row. Its purpose is to recognise those in the industry who have made an outstanding contribution, for example through innovations that raise quality and competence, communication or leadership. Recruitment Awards thus aims both to enable networking between the industry’s players and to give companies and people the recognition they deserve.

This year more than 60 companies and business leaders competed in twelve categories. Oddwork won the category Recruitment Company of the Year with the citation: “By increasing its clients’ knowledge of how important company culture is for attracting the right candidates, this year’s winner has truly contributed to the development of the whole industry.”

Oddwork’s CEO Daniella Ravan, who was there on the night to receive the award, says:
