As the fall approached, Eva Carlheim-Müller, the HR Manager at Forsman & Bodenfors, faced a tough challenge. The workload was already high in the company’s finance department, and with one employee on sick leave and another about to take parental leave, they needed to find the right person immediately. As the person responsible for recruitment at one of the country’s largest and foremost advertising agencies, Eva was used to rapid recruitment processes, but this time, speed was of the essence.
