Tomas Turnéus took on the title of regional manager at OBOS in the spring of 2021, just as the company was in an exciting expansion phase. After a previous employer branding collaboration in 2019, we were delighted to continue our journey together – this time to find more talented people who wanted to be a part of OBOS’s warm culture.

What we did
20 hires in 18 months
Since our collaboration started, we have together filled a total of 20 different positions at OBOS and their three brands, ranging from project managers and project developers to salespeople. In our recruitment processes, we strongly focused on employer branding and spreading the internal pride that exists within the walls of OBOS – all the way to the candidates. From job ads to onboarding, we made sure to capture OBOS’s unique tone and soul in the best way to match the company with the right personality.
