Our collaboration with Renta began in 2018 when we started working on their employer branding. This partnership grew into a joint recruitment effort, where we successfully matched several salespeople, regional managers, and site managers with Renta’s warm and energetic corporate culture.

Background

The quest for the perfect match

In 2019, Renta faced an increased need for recruitment due to their rapid growth rate. However, they encountered challenges in prioritizing their own resources to recruit new colleagues internally. After working with Renta to identify and develop their employer brand, we were thrilled to be selected as their new recruitment partner!

Our process

Matching personality with corporate culture

Recruiting roles with complex requirements in a narrow talent market requires a professional search and a broad network. In our recruitment partnership with Renta, we handled the entire process, from requirement profile meetings, job advertising, and search to interviews, presentation of candidates, and reference checks. To date, we have recruited several profiles for Stockholm, Karlstad, Gothenburg, Skaraborg, Trollhättan, Skövde, Kristianstad, and Helsingborg, and we look forward to matching even more talents who will add new energy and skills to Renta’s corporate culture.
