How do you bring company values to life?
Together with the Sendify Alignment Group we put together an Employer Branding Activation Strategy aligned with the new EVP. This strategy provided the organisation with tangible projects to fortify the employer brand and steer the culture in the desired direction.
Let me share an example: One of Sendify’s fresh core values is Spark Change. It’s all about embracing change, having the courage to experiment, and learning from failures. Building on this value, Sendify launched the Spark Change Days, a consecutive 3 days where everyone comes together to embody this core value, brainstorm innovative ideas, and inspire impactful change. This is just one instance of how values can come to life within an organization.

Your vibe attracts your tribe
To attract the right talent to your company, you must effectively communicate the culture that defines you. Let me illustrate how we, at Oddwork, integrate external communication with a very internal concept as our base – the EVP.
Just a quick trend check, the Employee Promise (which can also be termed Purpose like in this case) used to be an exclusively internal statement. However, today, we see numerous companies harnessing the power of this statement to create compelling communication targeted at specific talent segments.
In the case of Sendify, Oddwork formulated this employee promise: “Set people and businesses in motion.” Now, think of this statement as a communicative concept, how can we translate that into compelling copy in, for example, a social media campaign?
