Oddwork becomes co-organiser of the Swedish Championship in Employer Branding
The Magnet Awards is the Swedish Championship in Employer Branding. A competition for employers that demonstrably stir emotions and create measurable impact. The purpose of the competition is to inspire creators and show the power of internal and external employer communication that dares to go beyond the expected. Now Oddwork is joining the agencies behind this industry initiative.

Since the Magnet Awards made its acclaimed debut at Fotografiska in Stockholm in 2016, the format has taken giant leaps with new partners, jury members, high-quality entries and knowledge content shared through webinars and other platforms.
In 2023, the competition makes a comeback as a physical event, and the industry initiative is now backed by five of Sweden’s leading employer branding agencies: Business & People, Universum, Coreworkers, Whydentify and newcomer Oddwork, which will contribute to delivery on all levels.
“The Magnet Awards is Sweden’s most prominent arena for employer branding, where employers of all sizes get the chance to showcase their initiatives from the past year. We have followed the competition closely for a long time, so we are thrilled to now join as an organising partner together with the other agencies. The Magnet Awards is a brilliant example of how agencies that work on the same issues every day can come together to advance an entire industry.”, says Julia Sjövall, Head of Marketing at Oddwork.
Mia Woll Hedin and Tove Möller from The Accessible Society also step in as driving force and project managers for the competition and the event. The Accessible Society is a consulting and training company focused on helping and inspiring companies to work practically with diversity, equality and inclusion. Tove and Mia have won awards for their work within diversity and inclusion, and will now help take the Magnet Awards to the next level.
